How Does Your Shipping Process Work?
In an effort to eliminate unnecessary waste and reduce our carbon footprint as a company, we partner with global merchants from the USA, China and Taiwan and ship directly from our factories to provide you the best prices and the cutest products in the most efficient way possible.
Our clothing and shoes are also made-to-order, meaning that they are printed only when you have placed an order. This helps prevent us from overproducing merchandise and also allow us the ease of providing more designs easily. It's a win win for everyone including our planet!
Because of this, however, your items may take 7-15 days to arrive and deliver to your doorstep, depending on your country. If unexpected issues or delays arise, please feel free to email us at info@boboshouse.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

Can I Cancel My Order?
We begin processing orders very quickly here at Bobo's House, to your benefit! But we know that mistakes can happen and will allow cancellations within the hour after ordering. Beyond that, you will be subject to a 20% restocking & processing fee for cancellations. For more information about your specific order, please reach out to us at info@boboshouse.com ASAP!
For Multi-Item Orders, Why Do My Items Arrive Separately?
If you have ordered multiple items from our store, you may have noticed that we provide separate tracking ids for these items. This is because we may ship out your item from separate warehouses across the country depending on availability and shipping speed to your country. Additionally, we may also ship out items separately due to packet size restrictions in your country.
Furthermore, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
I Entered the Wrong Address on My Order, Can I Please Get it Reshipped or Get a Refund?
We ship your order using the exact address/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during the transit once items have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc) to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Any order that does not get successfully delivered due to missing or incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
Do I have to pay for custom fees or VAT? (if applicable)
You are solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties and/or VAT charges for your item(s) to clear customs and enter your country for delivery. It is not possible for Bobo's House to make payment for such custom duties and/or VAT charges beforehand, as these payments must be made by the importer (i.e., you) to the relevant customs authorities if requested. The shipping costs not do include any customs duties and/or VAT that may be incurred by you.
From our experience, only Scandinavian and Northern EU countries will require payment of VAT and/or administrative charges for delivery of your item. Most items going to USA, Canada, Germany, France and Asia will not impose additional VAT charges on your item and in most cases are delivered as per normal.
