How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?

We aim to deliver your cute goodies as quickly as possible, while staying true to our promise of small-batch, responsibly made products.

  • 🗂️ Processing Times:

    • In-stock (US warehouse) styles: Ship within 2–4 business days and arrive fast.

    • Made-to-order & direct-from-workshop items: Please allow an additional 1–5 business days for processing, plus the delivery time below.

✨ Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order has been packed and scanned by the carrier.

How Does Your Shipping Process Work?

  • We believe in doing our part to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint. That’s why many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, then shipped directly from our trusted workshops or our US warehouse, whichever is faster and best for your order.
  • This unique approach allows us to offer more designs, avoid mass production, and deliver amazing kawaii pieces without overproducing. It’s a win-win for our customers and our planet!
  • Because we work with multiple warehouses, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. This helps us get each item to you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

  • We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order — we will do our best to help.
  • After 1 hour, a 20% restocking & processing fee applies to all cancellations

I entered the wrong address — can you reship or refund my order?

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

    • We ship to the exact address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once your package is in transit.

    • Orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

    • We cannot accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

What if my order is lost or never delivered?

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe: 
    • Please first check with your local carrier and neighbors.

    • If it’s confirmed undelivered by the carrier, you must provide an official non-delivery statement from your local carrier.

    • This does not guarantee a refund or replacement but allows us to investigate and assist under reasonable circumstances.

What About Custom Fees?
  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are not included in your shipping charge. These are determined by your country’s laws and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds for customs fees or for orders refused at customs.

      Additional Notes:
      • 🚫 We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
      • 📦 For items valued over $75, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance when returning an item to us.
