Because our hoodies, sweaters, tops, cropped tops and cropped sweaters and shoes are all printed at the time of order to avoid waste and overproduction of specific designs, we do ask that you give us extra time to also process and prepare your order. 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you are looking to add/change items, you would need to place a new order for the additional items. Please email us at info@boboshouse.com ASAP so we can help! 

We are unable to change the billing address associated with your order. However, if you received an order confirmation, it is likely that your order has already gone through in our system and is pending fulfillment.

Each of our item in our Clothing category contains a size chart that shows you the sizing of each item! If you want us to recommend to you a size, please also feel free to reach out to us at info@boboshouse.com and we will suggest what we think will fit you based on your height, weight and preference.

We sincerely hope that you can understand, that as small family-owned business that we cannot possibly afford to guarantee any delayed deliveries and again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, all orders that have been damaged and/or orders that contains the wrong items are 100% eligible for a full refund or replacement and returns are still welcome for USA customers only. 

You are solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties and/or VAT charges for your item(s) to clear customs and enter your country for delivery. It is not possible for Bobo's House to make payment for such custom duties and/or VAT charges beforehand, as these payments must be made by the importer (i.e., you) to the relevant customs authorities if requested. The shipping costs not do include any customs duties and/or VAT that may be incurred by you.

From our experience, only Scandinavian and Northern EU countries will require payment of VAT and/or administrative charges for delivery of your item. Most items going to USA, Canada, Germany, France and Asia will not impose additional VAT charges on your item and in most cases are delivered as per normal.

They absolutely are! However we do suggest our male customers size up 1 to 1.5 size from their regular sizing as all shoes are in women's sizing. 

We are located in the US but ship from our warehouses in China and Taiwan!

While you can absolutely machine wash and dry the clothes, we do suggest that you use cold water and reverse the garment to protect the print. We also recommend you hang the items to dry for longevity. 

You can also machine wash and dry your plushies. However, we do suggest using cold water and have your setting on the gentlest cycle available on your washing machine. A hack we love is to place the plushie in a launderable mesh bag or duvet cover before washing as an added layer of protection! Finally, let your plushie air dry and fluff up back to its original form. 

Most of our bottles, thermos and mugs are dishwasher safe unless advised otherwise in our description. 

Most of our bags and backpacks do come with the complimentary pins and keychains unless we explicitly state otherwise. We also sell them separately in our "Accessories" tab if you wish to purchase more!
