Will your shoes come back in stock?
Unfortunately, we have very limited resources, but we want to continue bringing the cutest shoe styles on the market! That's why almost all of our shoes are LIMITED EDITION and, once they go out of stock, will NOT come back in stock. Get them while you can!
Are your shoe sizes only for women?
Yes, our shoes are mostly in Women's sizes, but we also have an Unisex collection that includes Men's sizes. If you would like to convert the Women's shoes into Men's sizing, please size up about 2 sizes!
Are your shoes are in EU sizing?
Our shoes are in EU sizing (smaller than USA sizing) so for a comfy-fit, we suggest you order a half or a full size up.
What is your refund/return policy?
We understand that our products are not for everyone, so we do offer a full refund policy within 15 days of your order's arrival! For items that are defective or broken, we offer an immediate refund upon receiving clear photos of the damaged items!
Will I be charged additional tariffs?
Not at all! The amount that you see at the checkout is FINAL and there are no additional fees after your purchase! We also do NOT collect any additional fees at the time of delivery.
I really really love these shoes! <33 They’re so cute and really comfortable ! My only issue is that when I first got them the shark charm kept folding(?) like messing up when i was wearing it so I moved it to the front of the shoe and that fixed it! lol

Wish there were half sizes, I wear a 7.5 and sized up to 8 per the suggestion under the item. It is too big so i ended up having to add the extra sole and wear thick socks with the shoes.

Honestly I was kind of skeptical because I wasn't sure if just looking at the photos would show how good the shoes would look on me. Also because it was hard to find the particular review for my own shoes. But I took a gamble and bought them. They are actually identical to the pictures. I don't think I've ever bought a product and the product is absolutely identical to the product images on their page. I love the sales, and the item looks just perfect on me. It kinda gives the chunky shoes you find on pinterest. The comfortable rating on this shoe is probably a 8/10. The padding on the shoe is great. I walked around for probably a good 5 hours straight and my feet felt better than my old shoes. The only thing I would say is possibly ehh on these shoes is that the insides are a bit too flat for me. I wish there were a bit of padding to support the middle of the foot.

I saw these on instagram and I was so obsessed, I honestly thought they were too good to be true. After going to the website and seeing all the reviews I must say that I’m very glad I did that. It’s important to share information for potential buyers about the product, like the sizing. If I didn’t know to size up by one, these shoes wouldn’t have fitted me. What I do regret is not looking at the laces, but I’ll learn how to tie them because right now they’re a bit of a mess, but I’m very happy with my purchase!

i love these shoes they’re so cute, my only qualm is that the insoles are very thick so i had to change to thinner ones, because with the original ones my feet slip out of the shoes as i walk. i got a size 9 and they fit, but i definitely think a size 10 would’ve fit me slightly better so i think you guys should invest in making larger sizes.

Yes i already knew of the back of your heels being able to come out wasikh even after tyeing shoes tighter. Overall not the best best shoes but i still love them and would buy again

I personally love them so much and would EASILY buy them again. They are so adorable and unique, I have never owned a pair like them. They look just like the pictures, are easy to slip on, and make my outfits stand out! Ok so starting off, these are just as adorable and high quality as they look, i’m not gonna deny that. I desperately want to love these shoes and wear them everyday, but they just don’t fit right. My heels slip out of them with every step, so I’ve fashioned the secondary white laces to go through the red tag at the back. Making them into bows is cute, but it’s frustrating that they can’t stay on otherwise. They are definitely more comfortable than other shoes, but after a while they pinch at my toes (this could also just be because I tie them extra tight as to not fall off.) I’d say to fully consider if these cons paired with the price are worth it to you, I worked an extra day to buy these but depending on your situation they can be definitely not a viable option. All that aside they are my biggest pride and joy!

I bought the red chunky neko sneakers and they are so cute and look just like the picture, but I'm in between sizes so I got the bigger size and they're a little too big on me after breaking them in. Usually this isn't a problem, but I can't really tighten the shoes, so if I walk too fast they slip off. Plus the red dye of the shoelaces is rubbing off on the white show, which sucks. But over all they are very comfy and adorable, so I'm still pretty happy
