    Returns & Refunds

    • We understand that our products are not for everyone, so we do offer a full refund policy within 15 days of your order's arrival! For items that are defective or broken, we offer an immediate refund upon receiving clear photos of the damaged items. Please note that the refunds will NOT include additional shipping costs associated with the returns process. We highly suggest you use the most affordable options available. 
    • For exchanges and returns, please have your item sent back in its original packaging and condition to the address below. Used items not in their original packaging will NOT be eligible for an exchange or return and only store credit can be applied to eligible orders at this time.

    • If 15 days have gone by since you received your order or you are returning the items in more than 15 days, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange and can only offer store credit on qualifying orders. Please thoroughly inspect your items and notify us as soon as you are able if there are any issues with your order!
    • Please email us at info@boboshouse.com and include your order ID, as well as a photo of the item IMMEDIATELY after you receive your items if you wish to return if you would like to apply for a return/refund or exchange and we would be happy to assist you!
    • Photos and emails submitted to us 3 days after the date of the delivery of your items will only be eligible for a store credit and NOT a refund on your original payment method.

     

    Shipping Addresses and Information

     

    • We ship our items using the EXACTaddress/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and CANNOT make any changes once the package has been shipped. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc) at the time of checkout to ensure timely and safe delivery.
    • At this time, any order that is NOT successfully delivered due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • To confirm any non-delivery or delivery issues by the carrier, we kindly ask that you provide us with a non-delivery statement from your local carrier as proof of the failure to deliver.This does NOT guarantee a refund or replacement of the order but of course, we will do our best to accommodate under reasonable circumstances.
    • We do NOT accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


    Shipping

     

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it arrives damaged.

     

    Sale items (if applicable)

     

    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded at this time, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
