Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to love your Bobo’s House experience — but we understand our products might not be for everyone. We offer returns for eligible items within 15 days of your order’s arrival!
  • Due to recent tariff updates by the current U.S administration, we can no longer accept returns from customers outside of the U.S. due to the absurd fees that would incur per package. To avoid unnecessary costs, we offer a 30% partial refund to the order as well as an additional 15% off discount on the next purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  2. Customers must email info@boboshouse.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos showing any defects, damages, or issues, along with your order ID.
  3. Claims made after 3 days will only be eligible for store credit, not a refund to your original payment method.
  4. If your item is defective or broken, we will issue a refund or replacement upon receiving clear proof (photos) and once the item is returned, if requested.

Please note:

  • Refunds do not cover return shipping costs — these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the most cost-effective tracked shipping method.

  • Returns received after 15 days of delivery will not be refunded but may be eligible for store credit if they meet all other conditions.

  • Used items or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • If 15 days have passed since you received your order, or you are returning the items in more than 15 days, we can not offer you a refund or exchange and can only offer store credit on qualifying orders.
  • Please thoroughly inspect your items and notify us as soon as you are able if there are any issues with your order!

 

Shipping Addresses and Information

  • We ship your order using the exact address and contact information provided at checkout. Please double-check all details — including your phone number and email to ensure timely, secure delivery.

Important:

  • We cannot make changes to your address or order details once an order has been shipped.
  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.

If your order was not delivered:

  • To request help, you must provide a non-delivery statement from your local carrier as proof.
  • This proof does not guarantee a refund or replacement but allows us to investigate and assist under reasonable circumstances.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if it is lost or arrives damaged.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items and items in the CLEARANCE section are final sale and non-refundable.
