How long will it take for my orders to arrive? 

    • For styles stocked in our US warehouse, orders usually ship within 2–4 business days and arrive quickly! For special orders shipping directly from our workshop, please visit our Shipping & Handling page for more information on the timeline of your package; we promise they’re worth the wait. 🐾✨
    • To avoid waste, we don’t mass produce. Most items are made just for you, so please allow us a bit more time to process and pack your order perfectly! 

    Can I get a refund if my order does not arrive on time?

    • We sincerely hope you understand that, as a small family-owned business, we’re unable to guarantee compensation for delivery delays, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 
    • However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is confirmed as undelivered by the carrier, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs). To qualify, customers must:
    1. Provide valid proof of the issue, which includes: a carrier nondelivery statement, clear photos of the shoes and packaging, or other supporting evidence.
    2. Submit a claim via email within 15 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for nondelivery claims).
    3. Return the item in unused condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Can I Modify My Order?

    • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you are looking to add/change items, you would need to place a new order for the additional items. Please email us at info@boboshouse.com ASAP so we can help! 

    How can I tell if I’m buying authentic Bobo’s House shoes?

    • The best way is to shop directly from our website. Look for our signature branding on the shoe box, the insole, and our care card inside every order. If you ever have a question, just reach out! We’re always here to help!

    Are your artworks original?

    • Yes! Many of our cutest animal shoes are designed exclusively for Bobo’s House by talented artists. You won’t find these exact pairs on big marketplaces — we make them just for our community.

    Are your shoes of good quality?

    • Absolutely! We work with skilled makers and artists to ensure every pair is comfy, durable, and finished with adorable details. We wear-test our top styles ourselves (and read every review!) to keep quality high and cuteness higher.

    Where are your shoes made?

    • Our shoes are handcrafted by our trusted workshop partners overseas, then packed in our custom boxes. Many of our best-sellersare stocked in our US warehouse for faster shipping and extra quality checks before they reach your doorstep.

    • We are located in the US and ship from our warehouses in the US and overseas partners.
