Are your shoes really fully hand painted?

Yes! All of our shoes in the Hand Painted collection are fully hand-painted by our dedicated team of talented and trusted artists.

Will the paint wash off?

No, our hand-painted shoes are treated to two coats of sealant at the final step of production to keep the design intact. Of course, minor wear and tear is natural with frequent wear, but the shoes can be lightly washed with warm water and a soft cloth for a quick refresh!

Will I be charged additional tariffs?

Not at all! The amount that you see at the checkout is FINAL and there are no additional fees after your purchase! We also do NOT collect any additional fees at the time of delivery. 

Are your shoes in EU sizing?

Our shoes are in EU sizing (smaller than USA sizing) so for a comfy-fit, we suggest you order a half or a full size up. 

What is your refund/return policy?

We understand that our products are not for everyone, so we do offer a full refund policy within 15 days of your order's arrival! For items that are defective or broken, we offer an immediate refund upon receiving clear photos of the damaged items!
